Atélis by Meraas

Atélis offers a rare blend of privacy, nature, and urban energy. Cascading pools, landscaped terraces, gardens, and rooftop lounges create the atmosphere of a private resort.

Atélis is a characterful project designed by the iconic architecture studio SOM, the minds behind Burj Khalifa. Its flowing lines and cascading balconies are inspired by the form of a desert flower.

Located in the heart of Dubai Design District, Atélis is the first residential project on the waterfront in this area. D3 brings together art, fashion, architecture, and entrepreneurship to form a vibrant creative community.

A fully equipped gym includes zones for strength and cardio training, as well as a dedicated space for stretching and yoga. The interiors are designed in a natural palette and offer garden views through floor-to-ceiling windows.

On the podium level, the complex features landscaped terraces with cascading pools that evoke a sense of natural flow and tranquility. These areas are complemented by quiet seating spots, lush greenery, and pedestrian walkways.

A panoramic infinity pool is located on the rooftop of one of the buildings, offering sweeping views of Dubai Creek and the city skyline. The pool is surrounded by lounge areas with sunbeds, shaded zones, and soft seating for relaxation.

Atélis offers both indoor and outdoor coworking areas with views of the waterfront and landscaped terraces. The workspaces are equipped for individual and group use, with high-speed Wi-Fi and access to shared relaxation zones. The project also features a multipurpose hall ideal for lectures, workshops, or community gatherings.
